It is a two-storey building with a hip-and-gable copper roof entered at the gable end, and a cusped-gable entrance facing the stone steps of the approach (Agency for Cultural Affairs).

A large reception room fills the ground floor and two rooms the upper floor, where full-height openings onto verandas on the north and west connect it to the worship hall (Agency for Cultural Affairs).

Why It Was Registered

The Agency notes that it shows how the precinct grew in the modern era, and registered it as a model of design.
