The Offering Hall Linking Kagura Hall and Main Hall
The Tomari Shrine Heiden (泊神社幣殿) is a single-storey timber offering hall of the late Edo period at Tomari Shrine in Kimura, Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, which in 2008 was registered as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property.
The Agency for Cultural Affairs records a tiled roof and a building area of 30 square metres; it was registered for its contribution to the historic landscape.
The Agency describes it as the building in front of the main hall, joined to the back of the kagura hall.
Structure
According to the Agency, it is as deep as the kagura hall and three bays long. The pantiled roof over the central two bays is gabled on the north and two-sided on the south, with lean-tos over the half bays at each side.
Front and back are open, with windows in the sides. Inside is a single tatami room with an exposed roof structure.
