A Worship Hall by Egawa Saburohachi
The Nakayama Shrine Worship Hall (中山神社拝殿) is a hip-and-gable worship hall of 1922 in Ichinomiya, Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, and was registered as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property (structure) on June 24, 2021 (Agency for Cultural Affairs).
The Agency records a single-storey timber hall roofed in cypress bark, with a building area of 80 square metres; registration number 33-0347.
Designed by Egawa Saburohachi
The Nakayama Shrine Worship Hall stands before the shrine's Important Cultural Property main hall. It has a hip-and-gable roof of cypress bark, entered on the long side, with a cusped-gable porch in front (Agency for Cultural Affairs). It was designed by Egawa Saburohachi.
The centre of the front has folding panelled doors, and sliding lattice doors run around the rest (Agency for Cultural Affairs).
